Bay Window Studio Artist Submission Form
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Bay Window Studio
The space is a small room with lots of light that overlooks Oyster Bay Road, Oyster Bay in NSW with quite a few people walking past each day!
The aim of the Bay Window Studio is to provide a space for you to gain more exposure to your artwork.
The exhibition space is a white wall with a hanging area of 2.0m wide x 1.7m high which will accommodate paintings fitted with D rings for hanging - the space is now suitable for 3-dimensional works such as sculptures depending on size.
There is no fee to exhibit in Bay Window Studio and a 20% commission is charged on all sales from the gallery or via the BWS online shop.
Once your submission is successful, you will need to provide an artist's statement and list of works with their title, medium, size and price as well as your preferred dates.
Two pages in total for statement and list of works as they are displayed in the window.
The BWS bump in is on a Tuesday afternoon from 2pm and your exhibition commences on the Wednesday. Bump out will be the third Tuesday from your exhibition bump in at 11am.
